IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ISG
STONE COMPOSITES AND METALLIC DECORATIVE PIECES

Verify shade compatibility. Do not install incompatible shades. These ISG products are handmade throughout the entire production process. Every piece is made and processed singularly with the intention of creating products that emulate, as close as possible, artifacts that are made from natural raw materials, which always have slight differences from piece to piece. If in doubt, verify first with customer acceptance of shade and install only after approval has been obtained.

Verify products are free of visible defects i.e. chipping, breakage, etc. Do not install with visible effects.

Do not use abrasives, thinners, paint strippers, strong acids or alkaline cleaners or petroleum based products. Always test an uninstalled piece prior to using any cleaner or solution. No claims will be accepted related to damages caused by chemicals or cleaning procedures.

We highly recommend using wet saw for cuts.

Bag grouting is recommended.
